| 摘要 |
探究多层螺旋CT检查在诊断急腹症患者当中的临床应用效果。方法 选择我院2021年3月至2022年2月收治的急腹症患者62例作为研究对象，分别接受腹部超声检查、多层螺旋CT检查，对比病理诊断结果比较诊断正确率。结果 多层螺旋CT诊断急腹症正确率达到96.77%，远超过腹部超声诊断正确率，（P＜0.05）。结论 急诊科室收治的急腹症患者，为快速诊断推荐应用多层螺旋CT进行影像诊断。

| Abstract |
Objective: To explore the clinical application of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of acute abdomen. Methods: 62 patients with acute abdomen admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects, who were examined by abdominal ultrasound and multi-slice spiral CT respectively. The diagnostic accuracy was compared with the pathological diagnosis results. Results: The correct rate of multi-slice spiral CT in diagnosing acute abdomen reached 96.77%, which was much higher than that of abdominal ultrasound (P<0.05). Conclusion: Multi slice spiral CT is recommended for rapid diagnosis of acute abdomen patients admitted to the emergency department.
