| 摘要 |
研究将PDCA循环应用在消毒供应室护理管理中所发挥的作用。方法 对消毒供应室中10名消毒人员的消毒工作进行分析，将2020年1月至2021年1月期间没有采用PDCA循环护理管理的消毒工作作为对照组，将2021年4月至2022年4月应用PDCA循环护理管理的消毒工作作为观察组，通过对两组工作物品消毒灭菌合格率以及满意度分析来对护理管理质量进行评价。结果 应用PDCA循环护理管理的观察组物品清洗灭菌合格率大于对照组，且满意度也高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在消毒供应室工作中应用PDCA循环护理管理模式能够减小差错事件发生率，也能保障物品消毒灭菌质量，所以能从工作质量提升中提高护理管理人员满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the role played by applying the PDCA cycle in the nursing management of the sterile supply room. Methods The sterilization work of 10 sterilizers in the sterilization supply room was analyzed, and the sterilization work without PDCA cycle nursing management from January 2020 to January 2021 was used as the control group, and the sterilization work with PDCA cycle nursing management from April 2021 to April 2022 was used as the observation group. The quality of nursing management was evaluated by analyzing the pass rate of sterilization of work items and the satisfaction rate of both groups. Results The observation group with PDCA cycle nursing management had a higher pass rate for cleaning and sterilising items than the control group, and also had a higher satisfaction rate than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of the PDCA cycle nursing management model in the work of the sterile supply room can reduce the incidence of errors and also guarantee the quality of article sterilization, so it can improve the satisfaction of nursing managers from the improvement of work quality.
