| 摘要 |
分析将PDCA循环理论应用于信息系统建设中的实际价值。方法 将210例护士作为研究对象，并在2021年1月将PDCA循环理论应用于信息系统建设中，比较应用PDCA循环理论前、后护士及护士长的满意度情况。结果 在应用PDCA循环理论后，护士及护士长对护理信息系统各方面的满意度均得到了显著提升，（P＜0.05）。结论 在护理信息系统建设中加强对PDCA循环理论的应用有助于提高护士及护士长满意度，并可全面用于评估患者情况。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the practical value of applying PDCA cycle theory to information system construction. Methods Taking 210 nurses as the research object, and applying PDCA cycle theory to information system construction in January 2021, comparing the satisfaction of nurses and head nurses before and after applying PDCA cycle theory. Results After applying the PDCA cycle theory, the satisfaction of nurses and head nurses in all aspects of the nursing information system was significantly improved (P<0.05). Conclusion Strengthening the application of PDCA cycle theory in the construction of nursing information system can help improve the satisfaction of nurses and head nurses, and can be used to comprehensively evaluate patients conditions.
