摘要
分析探讨脊柱外科护生实习教学中应用ODT(临床观察-理论学习-病例探讨)教学方法的应用价值。方法 本文一共纳入71名学生,均是2020年7月至2022年6月来我院脊柱外科实习者,随机分为两组,对照组(n=30,传统教学方法)和研究组(n=41,ODT教学方法)。对比观察不同教学模式下两组教学效果成绩变化差异。结果 教学结束后对两组学生教学效果,包括主动学习、学会分析与判断、小组协作、独立思考与解决、逻辑性五方面评估发现,研究组学生评分高(P<0.05)。结论 将ODT教学模式应用于脊柱外科护生实习教学过程中,利于提高教学质量,临床可进一步推广运用。
Abstract
Objective to analyze the application value of ODT (clinical observation - Theoretical Study - Case Study) teaching method in the practice teaching of nursing students in spinal surgery. Methods a total of 71 students were enrolled in this study. They were all interns in spinal surgery from March 2020 to March 2022. They were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (n=30, traditional teaching methods) and the research group (n=41, ODT teaching methods). Compare and observe the difference of teaching effect and achievement between the two groups under different teaching modes. Results after the end of the teaching, the teaching effect of the two groups of students, including five aspects of active learning, learning to analyze and judge, group cooperation, independent thinking and solving, and logic, was evaluated. The students in the research group scored high (P < 0.05). Conclusion the application of ODT teaching mode in the practice teaching of nursing students in spinal surgery can improve the teaching quality and can be further popularized in clinical practice.
