摘要
本文通过查阅男护士离职原因及对策的文献资料,指出国内在职男护士数量严重不足,并从工作环境因素、自身因素、教育因素、社会因素四个方面进行归纳总结国内男护士在高需求下离职的原因及相应对策,以降低国内男护士离职率,解决我国在职男护士数量短缺的问题。
Abstract
By reviewing the literature on the reasons and countermeasures for male nurses to leave, this paper points out that the number of male nurses in China is seriously insufficient, and summarizes the high demand of domestic male nurses from four aspects: work environment factors, self factors, educational factors, and social factors. The reasons and corresponding countermeasures to reduce the turnover rate of domestic male nurses and solve the problem of the shortage of male nurses in our country.
