| 摘要 |
探究鼾症患儿围术期的精细化护理对策以及护理的价值。方法 选择本院鼾症患儿80例开展实验，回顾鼾症患儿的资料，其手术治疗时间范畴在2020年1月---2022年1月之间。围术期随机分组，对照组围术期给予鼾症患儿常规护理，观察组围术期给予鼾症患儿精细化护理，两组患儿例数均为40例，对比术后患儿夜间呼吸暂停、遗尿、白昼嗜睡、夜间憋气/梦游的案例数；统计匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表（Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale，PSQI）下围术期患儿睡眠质量等级；对比术后患儿家属对护理干预的满意度。结果 术后观察组患儿夜间呼吸暂停、遗尿、白昼嗜睡、夜间憋气/梦游的案例数偏少，匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表下观察组患儿围术期睡眠等级偏高，术后患儿家属对精细化护理满意问卷评分偏高，（P<0.05）。结论 围术期给予鼾症患儿精细化护理，可协同手术改善患儿鼾症病症，提升鼾症患儿睡眠质量，并能够获得家属认同，精细化护理对于鼾症患儿的干预效果更好。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the perioperative fine nursing countermeasures and nursing value of children with snoring. Methods 80 children with snoring in our hospital were selected to carry out the experiment, and the data of children with snoring were reviewed. The time range of surgical treatment was from January 2020 to January 2022. The control group was given routine nursing care during the perioperative period, and the observation group was given fine nursing care during the perioperative period. The number of children in both groups was 40. The number of cases of postoperative children with night apnea, enuresis, daytime sleepiness and night suffocation / sleepwalking were compared; The sleep quality grades of perioperative children under Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale (PSQI) were counted; The satisfaction of postoperative family members with nursing intervention was compared. Results the number of cases of nocturnal apnea, enuresis, daytime sleepiness and night suffocation / sleepwalking in the postoperative observation group was less, the perioperative sleep level of children in the observation group was higher under the Pittsburgh sleep quality index, and the score of family members on the fine nursing satisfaction questionnaire was higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion perioperative fine nursing for children with snoring can cooperate with surgery to improve their snoring symptoms, improve their sleep quality, and obtain the recognition of their families. The intervention effect of fine nursing for children with snoring is better.
