| 摘要 |
探讨慢性胃炎及消化性溃疡患者中应用个性化护理的效果。方法 选取本院2021.01~12期间，收治的70例慢性胃炎及消化性溃疡的患者用于研究，以随机数字表法将患者分成2组护理，包括35例接受常规化护理的对照组患者，以及35例应用个性化护理的观察组患者，对比分析护理效果。结果 观察组患者的胃痛持续时间、发生频率、胃肠道功能及生活质量评分要比对照组患者更优，（P＜0.05）。结论 对于慢性胃炎及消化性溃疡患者的护理，临床应用个性化护理的效果最佳，可缓解患者病症，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of applying personalized nursing in patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer. Methods 70 patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer between 2021.01 and 12 were selected for study and divided into two groups, including 35 control group patients receiving routine nursing and 35 observation group patients with personalized nursing, to analyze the nursing effect. Results The duration of stomachache, occurrence frequency, gastrointestinal function, and quality of life scores of the patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group, (P <0.05). Conclusion For chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer patients, clinical personalized nursing has the best effect and is worth promoting.
