| 摘要 |
探讨个性化疼痛护理对肾结石患者的临床效果。方法 选取我院2020年1月－2021年12月收治的100例肾结石患者，根据护理方案的不同，将其分为研究组与对照组，每组50例。结果 研究组护理满意度高于对照组；护理后研究组疼痛评分、心理状态评分低于对照组；研究组收缩压、舒张压、心率均低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 肾结石患者在护理过程中，应用个性化疼痛护理效果较好，值得推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of personalized pain nursing on patients with renal calculi. Methods: 100 patients with renal calculi treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were divided into study group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. Results: the nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group; After nursing, the pain score and psychological state score of the study group were lower than those of the control group; Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the nursing process of patients with renal calculi, the application of personalized pain nursing has a good effect, which is worthy of popularization and application.
