| 摘要 |
研究不同鼻饲法在护理重症监护病房危重患者中的应用价值。方法：选择我院于2020.12-2021.12月，1年内重症监护病房收治的132例危重患者，将所有患者随机分组为对照组（66例，采用注射器分次鼻饲）和观察组（66例，实施营养泵持续鼻饲）。结果 观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组，同时观察组血清蛋白水平、护理满意度均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 重症监护病房危重患者实施营养泵持续鼻饲可以显著提高血清蛋白水平，降低并发症发生率，有较高应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the application value of different nasal feeding methods in nursing critical patients in intensive care unit. Methods 132 critically ill patients admitted to the ICU in our hospital from December 2020.12 to December 2021.12 were randomly divided into the control group (66 cases, with syringes for nasal feeding) and the observation group (66 cases, with nutrition pump for continuous nasal feeding). Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the serum protein level and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous nasal feeding with nutrition pump can significantly increase serum protein level and reduce complications in critically ill patients in ICU.
