摘要
研究分析对脊柱骨折患者实施健康教育护理的临床效果。方法 正式开展研究前,将在骨科内随机抽取32例已经被确诊为脊柱骨折的患者参与实验,在其临床护理中应用健康教育护理,命名为观察组,为保障研究的顺利实施,将采取对照实验,并需在同期内再次抽取32例脊柱骨折患者作为对照组,护理措施选择常规护理,并分析比较不同护理措施下的护理效果。结果 对两组患者的健康知识掌握情况进行了统计分析,从调查统计数据显示可见观察组患者的健康知识掌握率显著高于对照组,(P<0.05);其次,评估比较了两组患者的VAS和ODI评分,观察组分别为(2.4±0.6)分、(7.4±1.1)分,对照组分别为(4.6±1.1)分、(10.6±1.9)分,比较后确认观察组更优,(P<0.05);并且在生活质量方面对照组各方面均比较逊色,(P<0.05)。结论 在脊柱骨折患者护理中加强对健康教育措施的应用有助于提高护理质量,纠正患者错误认知,更能够促进恢复。
Abstract
Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of health education and nursing on patients with spinal fractures. Methods Before the official start of the study, 32 patients who had been diagnosed with spinal fractures were randomly selected from the Department of Orthopedics to participate in the experiment, and health education and nursing were applied in their clinical care, named as the observation group. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the study, a In the control experiment, 32 patients with spinal fractures should be selected as the control group again during the same period, and the nursing measures should be conventional nursing, and the nursing effects under different nursing measures should be analyzed and compared. Results Statistical analysis was carried out on the mastery of health knowledge of the two groups of patients. The survey data showed that the mastery of health knowledge of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Secondly, the two groups of patients were evaluated and compared. The VAS and ODI scores of the observation group were (2.4±0.6) points and (7.4±1.1) points, respectively, and the control group were (4.6±1.1) points and (10.6±1.9) points, respectively. After comparison, it was confirmed that the observation group was better. (P < 0.05); and the control group was inferior in all aspects of quality of life (P < 0.05). Conclusion Strengthening the application of health education measures in the nursing of patients with spinal fractures can help improve the quality of nursing, correct patients misunderstandings, and promote recovery.
