| 摘要 |
分析小儿肺炎采取优质护理的对患儿病情的影响。方法 肺炎患儿入院后分入对照组、观察组，两个小组分别采取常规护理、优质护理，统计患儿症状改善时间、护理满意度及治疗期间的不良事件发生率。结果 观察组患儿家属满意度比对照组高，p<0.05。观察组病症改善时间比对照组短，p<0.05。观察组不良事件发生率比对照组低，p<0.05。结论 肺炎患儿入院治疗期间，通过优质护理干预缩短患儿病症时间，提升患儿对护理工作的满意度，降低不良事件发生率。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effects of high-quality nursing on children with pneumonia. Methods The children with pneumonia were divided into the control group and the observation group after admission. The two groups took routine nursing and high-quality nursing respectively. The improvement time of symptoms, nursing satisfaction and the incidence of adverse events during treatment were analyzed. Results The family satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, p<0.05. The improvement time of symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, p<0.05. The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, p<0.05. Conclusion During the hospitalization of children with pneumonia, high-quality nursing intervention can shorten the duration of their illness, improve their satisfaction with nursing work, and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
