手术室护理路径在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者中的应用探讨

| 摘要 |
探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者应用手术室护理路径。方法 随机抽选2021.04~2022.05这期间，于我院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者，将74例用作此项研究，以手术时间为分组标准，对患者分成37例2组，对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者应用手术室护理路径展开调查。结果 观察组患者的手术指标、胃肠功能恢复情况及术后并发症比对照组患者更优，（P＜0.05）。结论 对于腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的护理，临床应用手术室护理路径的效果最为理想，利于患者术后尽快恢复，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective: To explore the nursing path of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods: During the period of laparoscopic cholecystectomy from 2021.04 to 2022.25 were randomly selected in our hospital, 74 patients were divided into two groups of 37 patients according to the group time, and patients in the observation group were investigated by the operating room nursing path. Results: The surgical index, gastrointestinal function recovery and postoperative complications were better than the control group of patients, (P <0.05). Conclusion: For the care of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients, the clinical application of the operating room nursing path is the most effective and beneficial to the rapid postoperative recovery.
