| 摘要 |
研究综合护理干预在帕金森患者护理中的应用效果。方法 将我院收治的120例帕金森患者作为本次研究对象，患者入院时间为2020年1月-2020年12月期间，随机分为对照组和实验组，对照组接受常规护理，实验组接受综合护理，对比应用效果。结果 实验组心理状态、生活质量以及睡眠质量的改善优于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 综合护理能够有效提高患者对疾病的认知，延缓疾病的发展。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of Parkinsons patients. Methods 120 patients with Parkinsons disease admitted to our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study. The patients were hospitalized from January 2020 to December 2020. They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing. The application effects were compared. Results the improvement of psychological state, quality of life and sleep quality in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can effectively improve patients awareness of disease and delay the development of the disease.
