| 摘要 |
研究在创伤后应激障碍康复期患者护理中应用叙事护理方式所起到的护理效果。方法 随机选取2021年3月至2022年4月本院收治的创伤后应激障碍患者45例，研究创伤后应激障碍康复期患者使用叙事护理方式前后疾病恢复情况。结果 创伤后应激障碍康复期患者使用叙事护理方式之后患者心理状况评分优于使用前，且患者的护理满意率也高于叙事护理方式使用前（P＜0.05）。结论 在创伤后应激障碍康复期患者护理中应用叙事护理方式能够根据患者的实际情况展开有针对性的护理，以此能够从患者多种不良情绪缓解中提升疾病康复效果和患者自身生活质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the nursing effect of narrative nursing in the rehabilitation of post-traumatic stress disorder patients. Methods 45 patients with post-traumatic stress disorder admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to April 2022 were randomly selected to study the recovery of post-traumatic stress disorder patients before and after using narrative nursing. Results After the use of narrative nursing in the rehabilitation period of post-traumatic stress disorder, the psychological status score of patients was better than before, and the nursing satisfaction rate of patients was also higher than before the use of narrative nursing (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of narrative nursing in the nursing of post-traumatic stress disorder patients in the rehabilitation period can carry out targeted nursing according to the actual situation of patients, so as to improve the rehabilitation effect and patients own quality of life from the relief of a variety of adverse emotions.
