| 摘要 |
探究分析舒肝颗粒＋小剂量阿普唑仑结合中药清肺排毒汤+开天门疗法对新型新型冠状病毒轻症感染的治疗。方法 选取于2020年12月1日至2020年12月31日到我院接受新型冠状病毒轻症感染治疗的患者共320例，作为本次研究对象。按照电脑盲选的方式，将320例新型冠状病毒轻症感染的患者随机分为对照组与观察组。其中对照组采用舒肝颗粒＋小剂量阿普唑仑的治疗模式进行干预；观察组采用在对照组的基础上结合中药清肺排毒汤+开天门疗法的治疗方式进行干预。对比分析对照组与观察组的治疗有效率、睡眠与焦虑情况。结果 对照组与观察组经治疗干预后，对比两组治疗有效率、睡眠与焦虑情况、康复时间发现，观察组明显优于对照组，其中P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论 采用舒肝颗粒＋小剂量阿普唑仑结合中药清肺排毒汤+开天门的治疗措施能够在一定程度上提升治疗有效率，改善患者睡眠与焦虑情况，在临床应用中具有良好的效果。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze interferon α Injection combined with Qingfei Paidu Decoction + kaitianmen therapy in the treatment of mild infection of new novel coronavirus. Methods a total of 320 patients with mild novel coronavirus infection in our hospital from August 2021 to September 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study. According to the method of computer blind selection, 320 patients with mild novel coronavirus infection were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with interferon α The treatment mode of injection was used for intervention; The observation group was intervened on the basis of the control group combined with Qingfei Paidu Decoction + kaitianmen therapy. The treatment efficiency, sleep and anxiety of the control group and the observation group were compared and analyzed. Results after treatment intervention, the effective rate, sleep and anxiety of the two groups were compared. It was found that the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion interferon α The treatment measures of injection combined with Qingfei Paidu Decoction + kaitianmen can improve the treatment efficiency to a certain extent, improve patients sleep and anxiety, and have a good effect in clinical application.
