摘要
观察在超声科实习医师带教过程中按照 PBL并TBL教学法进行带教的效果。方法 按照观察带教的方式开展探究,选入2021年2月至2022年5月在本院超声医学科(以下简称超声科)实习生56名为对象,按照随机均分的方式划分为对照组(28例,常规教学)和观察组(28例,按照PBL联合TBL教学)。观察带教效果。结果 对比两组带教结束后理论考试成绩、实践操作成绩,观察组均高于对照组,P<0.05。对比两组实习医师对带教方式满意度,在提升临床思维、提升学习兴趣、提升自学能力以及对理论知识理解方面,观察组评分均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论 在进行超声科实习医师带教的过程中按照PBL并TBL教学法开展教学,可以对实习医师理论知识以及实践操作能力进行提升,并提升实习医师对带教方式的满意度。
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of PBL and TBL teaching method in the teaching process of interns in the department of ultrasound. Methods A total of 56 interns in the Department of Ultrasound Medicine (hereinafter referred to as the Department of Ultrasound) of our hospital from February 2021 to May 2022 were selected and divided into control group (28 cases, conventional teaching) and observation group (28 cases, PBL combined with TBL teaching) according to random average. Observe the effect of tape teaching. Results The theoretical test scores and practical operation scores of the two groups were higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). Comparing the two groups of interns satisfaction with teaching methods, the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group in terms of improving clinical thinking, improving learning interest, improving self-learning ability and understanding of theoretical knowledge, P<0.05. Conclusion Teaching in accordance with PBL and TBL teaching methods can improve the theoretical knowledge and practical operation ability of the interns, and enhance the satisfaction of the interns to the teaching method.
