综合护理联合早期干预在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病亚低温治疗中的应用

| 摘要 |
研究在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病中开展综合护理联合早期亚低温干预的临床应用效果。方法 随机选取我院收治的新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿56例，将纳入的患儿通过电脑随机选取的方式分成两组进行护理治疗研究，组别主要包括观察组和对照组，每组中的人数为28例，给予对照组患儿常规护理与常规亚低温干预；观察组患儿给予综合护理联合早期亚低温干预，详细对比两组最终取得的护理效果。结果 最终护理后通过对比发现，观察组患儿所获得的护理治疗效果较好，患儿的智力发育和运动发育均得到显著提升，护理期间发生的风险事件较少，最终取得的治疗总有效率较高，住院时间明显缩短（P＜0.05）。结论 在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿中应用综合护理联合早期亚低温干预，可进一步提升临床护理质量和疾病治疗效率，提高患儿的智力和运动发育，减轻疾病的危害性。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing and early subhypothermia intervention in neonatal hypoxia-ischemic encephalopathy. Methods 56 children with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy were randomly selected into two groups and subhypothermia intervention, and compare the nursing effect of the two groups. Results After the final nursing, it was found that the nursing treatment effect of the children in the observation group was good, their intellectual development and motor development were significantly improved, fewer risk events occurred during the nursing period, the final treatment efficiency was high, and the hospitalization time was significantly shortened (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing and early subhypothermia intervention can further improve the quality of clinical care and disease treatment efficiency, improve the intelligence and sports development of children, and reduce the harm of disease.
