| 摘要 |
探讨为幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡患者行临床药学服务在治疗效果以及用药依从性方面产生的影响。方法 从2021年6月到2022年5月本院收治的幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡患者中选取82例，将其随机分为对照组（41例，行常规服务）和研究组（41例，行临床药学服务），对比接受两种不同的服务方式后，对治疗效果以及用药依从性等方面产生的差异。结果 研究组患者接受临床药学服务后，其胃肠道症状评分相比对照组明显更低，且对用药的依从性表现也明显更好，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 为幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡患者行临床药学服务在提高患者的用药依从性方面发挥了积极的作用，并在优质服务的作用下改善了治疗效果。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effects of clinical treatment effect and medication compliance. Methods From June 2021 to May 2022,82 cases, randomly divided into control group (41 cases, routine service) and study group (41 cases, clinical pharmaceutical care), compared with two different service methods, the treatment effect and medication compliance. Results Patients in the study group receiving clinical pharmaceutical care had significantly lower gastrointestinal symptom scores compared with the control group, and showed significantly better compliance with the medication, with significant differences (P <0.05). Conclusion Clinical pharmaceutical care for Helicobacter pylori-positive peptic ulcer patients has played a positive role in improving their medication compliance, and has improved the treatment effect under the effect of high-quality service.
