医疗废物管理越来越受到重视，我们希望缓解当前医疗废物管理面临的问题，提高医疗废物的安全管理和处理水平。本文针对医疗废物管理和处置的现状，提出了相应的处理对策，以供相关人员参考。

| Abstract |
More and more attention has been paid to medical waste management. We hope to alleviate the problems faced by medical waste management and improve the safety management and treatment level of medical waste. According to the current situation of medical waste management and disposal, this paper puts forward the corresponding treatment countermeasures for the reference of relevant personnel.
