观察恶性肿瘤介入治疗患者实施人文关怀护理的应用及对生活质量的影响分析

摘要	实施恶性肿瘤介入治疗患者的人文关怀护理方案，对效果进行评价。方法对象是恶性肿瘤介入治疗患者70例，均就诊于2021年1月到2022年1月。35例入组普通组，进行常规护理。35例入组人文关怀护理组，实施人文关怀护理方案。研究焦虑（HAMA）评分、并发症发生率、生活质量测定简表（WHOQOL-BREF）评分。结果 ①护理后，人文关怀护理组的HAMA评分（6.12±0.45）分，同普通组（9.87±1.32）分对比更低（p<0.05）；②人文关怀护理组的并发症发生率5.72%，同普通组的31.43%对比更低（p<0.05）；③人文关怀护理组的WHOQOL-BREF评分，同普通组的比较更高（p＜0.05）。结论将人文关怀护理方案，用于恶性肿瘤介入治疗患者，对于改善护理质量，改善焦虑情绪，降低并发症发生风险，改善患者生活质量而言，可发挥更显著的护理价值。
Abstract	Objective To implement the humanistic care and nursing program for patients with malignant tumor interventional therapy, and evaluate the effect. Methods The subjects were 70 patients who received interventional therapy for malignant tumors from January 2021 to January 2022. 35 cases were included in the general group and received routine nursing. 35 cases were enrolled in the humanistic care nursing group, and the humanistic care nursing program was implemented. Study Anxiety (HAMA) score, complication rate, and WHOQOL-BREF score. Results ① After nursing, HAMA score of humanistic care nursing group was (6.12±0.45) points, which was lower than that of ordinary group (9.87±1.32) points (p<0.05). (2) The complication rate of humane care nursing group was 5.72%, which was lower than that of common group (31.43%) (p<0.05). ③ The WHOQOL-BREF score of the humanistic care group was higher than that of the general group (p < 0.05). Conclusion Humanistic care and nursing program for patients with malignant tumor interventional therapy can play a more significant nursing value in improving the quality of nursing, improving anxiety, reducing the risk of complications and improving the quality of life of patients.
