Objective To investigate the influence of different anesthesia methods on the mother and baby of pregnancy induced hypertension patients undergoing cesarean section. Methods 120 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2021 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given epidural anesthesia, and the experimental group was given combined spinal and epidural anesthesia. The anesthesia indexes, adverse reactions, heart rate and neonatal conditions of the two groups were compared. Results The best anesthesia plane time, the time from onset of anesthesia to delivery, and the time of sensory recovery in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group; The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group; The diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure and heart rate of the experimental group were better than those of the control group when anesthesia took effect; The APgar score of newborns in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Different anesthesia methods have obvious effects on the mothers and infants of pregnancy induced hypertension patients undergoing cesarean section. The method of combined spinal and epidural anesthesia is effective, and it is helpful to stabilize the blood pressure and heart rate of patients, reduce adverse reactions, and has application value.
