Objective To observe the effect of using the whole process of psychological management program in patients with malignant tumor receiving psychological nursing. Methods In this study, 80 patients with malignant tumors who were admitted to our department from December 2020 to December 2021 were randomly selected as the research objects. The above patients were divided into two groups to be nursed separately, one group received routine psychological care, called the routine group, and the other The group received full-course psychological management and nursing, called the study group, with 40 patients in both groups. Results In the comparison of psychological and emotional (SAS, SDS), the scores of the research group after nursing were lower than those of the routine group, P<0.05; in the comparison of nursing satisfaction, the scores of the research group were better than those of the routine group, P<0.05; in the quality of life score In comparison, the research group was higher than the conventional group, P<0.05. Conclusion Using the whole process of psychological management program in the nursing of malignant tumor patients will not only alleviate the negative psychological emotions of patients, but also improve their quality of life.
