| 摘要 |
讨论重症心脏瓣膜病患者瓣膜置换术后，予以患者ICU护理的临床意义。方法 2021.04至2022.06，录入重症心脏瓣膜病患者，均行瓣膜置换术治疗，总计51例。抽签法分组。常规护理25例，作为参照组。试验组26例，行ICU护理。评析各组临床相关指标。结果 试验组临床相关指标均优于参照组，P＜0.05。结论 予以瓣膜置换术患者ICU护理，临床效果显著，有利于缩短患者ICU观察时间，在改善其心功能，提高其生命质量方面价值确切。

| Abstract |
Objective: To discuss the clinical significance of ICU care for patients with severe heart valve disease after valve replacement. Methods: from April 2021 to June 2022, 51 patients with severe heart valve disease were treated with valve replacement. Group by drawing lots. Routine nursing 25 cases as the reference group. The experimental group (26 cases) received ICU nursing. The clinical related indexes of each group were evaluated. Results: the clinical related indexes of the test group were better than those of the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the ICU nursing of valve replacement patients has significant clinical effect, which is helpful to shorten the ICU observation time of patients, and has definite value in improving their cardiac function and improving their quality of life.
