探讨护理风险管理在心血管重症患者护理中的应用

摘要	分析心血管重症患者中应用护理风险管理的效果。方法选择我院收治的 78 例心血管重症患者，时间为 2020 年 2 月-2021 年 3 月，随机分成对照组、研究组，各 39 例。对照组采取常规护理，研究组采取护理风险管理，对比两组的护理效果。结果对比两组的护理风险事件发生率，研究组明显低于对照组（P<0.05）；比较两组的护理满意度，研究组明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论心血管重症患者护理中开展护理风险管理，取得了很好的护理效果，值得进行推广。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of nursing risk management in patients with severecardiovascular disease. Methods 78 patients with severe cardiovascular disease admitted to our hospital fromFebruary 2020 to March 2021 were randomly divided into control group and study group, 39 patients in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing, while the research group adopted nursing risk management, and thenursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the incidence ofnursing risk events in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P<0.05）; Comparingthe nursing satisfaction of the two groups, the research group was significantly higher than the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion Nursing risk management in the care of patients with severe cardiovascular disease hasachieved good nursing results and is worthy of promotion.
