Objective To explore the effect of seamless nursing mode in the perioperative period of carotidartery stenosis stent implantation. Methods A total of 60 patients with carotid artery stenosis undergoing stentimplantation in our hospital from January 2018 to May 2020 were selected. They were divided into the observationgroup (n=30) and the control group (n=30) according to the admission orders and doubles. The patients in thecontrol group received conventional nursing mode, while the patients in the observation group received seamlessnursing mode. The incidence of complications and the satisfaction rate of nursing in the two groups were comparedand analyzed. Results The incidence of complications in the observation group and the control group was 10% and33.33% respectively, which was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05); Thetotal satisfaction rates of patients in the observation group and the control group were 93.33% and 63.33%,respectively. The observation group was higher than the control group, which was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of seamless nursing mode in the perioperative period of carotid artery stenosis stentimplantation has a good effect, reducing the incidence of complications, improving nursing satisfaction, ensuringthe harmonious relationship between nurses and patients, which is conducive to improving the social image andsocial status of the hospital, and can be popularized and applied in clinical practice.
