Objective To explore the clinical effect and application value of warm midwifery nursing onpostpartum hemorrhage and delivery outcome of pregnant women. Methods 68 pregnant and lying in women whowere received in our hospital from January 2021.06 to June 2022.06 were randomly divided into control group (34cases, using routine nursing) and observation group (34 cases, using warm midwifery nursing). The time of laborprocess, the amount of postpartum hemorrhage, and the incidence of adverse labor outcomes were comparedbetween the two groups. Results After receiving nursing care, both groups of patients achieved certain results.However, after warm midwifery care, the time of labor process (including the first, second, third and total laborprocess) in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the amount of postpartum hemorrhage(including 2h, 4h and 24h postpartum)was lower than that in the control group, and the incidence of adverse laboroutcomes (including prolonged labor process, cesarean section and neonatal asphyxia) was better than that in thecontrol group, The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the process of nursing forpregnant and lying in women, warm midwifery nursing intervention can achieve better results, reduce the time oflabor process, effectively reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage, and reduce the occurrence of adversedelivery outcomes, which has higher application value.
