互动健康教育护理干预对小儿肺炎的干预研究

摘要	探究分析互动健康教育护理干预对小儿肺炎的干预。方法选取于 2021 年 3 月至 2022年 3 月，我院收治的小儿肺炎患儿共 102 例，作为本次研究对象。根据患儿的入院序列数为基础，采用随机数字分组的方式，将 102 例患儿随机分为对照组以及观察组。对照组采用常规护理模式进行干预；观察组采用互动健康教育护理模式进行干预。对比分析对照组以及观察组患儿家属的护理满意度；各项症状消失时间。结果经护理干预后，观察组在患儿家属的护理满意度；各项症状消失时间方面明显优于对照组，其中（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论在对肺炎患儿进行干预的过程中，采用互动健康教育护理模式进行干预，能够有效提升患儿家属的护理满意度，同时能够显著改善患儿的各项症状消失时间，在实际应用的过程中具有优良的效果，值得进一步的推广与应用。
Abstract	Objective To explore and analyze the intervention of interactive health education and nursingintervention in children with pneumonia. Methods A total of 102 children with pneumonia admitted to our hospitalfrom March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study. 102 children were randomly dividedinto control group and observation group according to the number of admission sequence of children. The controlgroup was intervened with conventional nursing mode; The observation group used the interactive health educationnursing model for intervention. The nursing satisfaction of the family members of the children in the control groupand the observation group was compared and analyzed; Time of disappearance of various symptoms. Results Afternursing intervention, the observation group was satisfied with the nursing care of the childrens family members;The disappearance time of each symptom was significantly better than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion In the process of intervention for children with pneumonia, using the interactive health educationnursing model to intervene can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction of childrens families, and cansignificantly improve the disappearance time of childrens symptoms, which has excellent effects in the actualapplication process, and is worthy of further promotion and application.
