Objective To analyze and study the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention onperioperative patients with colon cancer. Methods 80 patients with colon cancer who were surgically treated in ourhospital from June 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the study subjects, and randomly divided into theexperimental group (40 cases) and the control group (40 cases). The patients in the control group adoptedconventional nursing methods, while the patients in the experimental group adopted rapid rehabilitation nursingmethods. After the nursing intervention, the patients treatment recovery time and nursing satisfaction wereobserved and recorded. Results The time of the first defecation, the time of the first meal, the recovery time ofbowel sounds, and the hospitalization time of the patients in the experimental group were shorter than those in thecontrol group. The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than thatof the patients in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Rapidrehabilitation nursing intervention can shorten the recovery time of patients with colon cancer in the perioperativeperiod, improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing, enable patients to cooperate with doctors with a positiveattitude, and return to a healthy life as soon as possible.
