摘要	本文探究个体化健康管理方案在代谢相关脂肪性肝病患者延续护理中的应用效果。方法此次参加研究的样本均选自我院接受治疗并出院的 170 例代谢相关脂肪性肝病患者，研究时间段选自 2019年 3 月-2022 年 5 月期间，比较两组患者疾病认知掌握情况和生活质量。结果研究组认知掌握情况评分和生活质量评分均显著优于参照组，P＜0.05 说明存在对比意义。结论在代谢相关脂肪性肝病患者的延续护理中实施个体化健康管理方案，提高了患者的治疗和护理依从性，以及生活质量，对于患者的疾病康复具备明显的促进作用。
Abstract	Objective To explore the application effect of individualized health management program in thecontinuing care of patients with metabolic fatty liver disease. Methods 170 patients with metabolic related fattyliver disease who were treated in our hospital and discharged from hospital were selected as the samples for thisstudy. The study period was selected from March 2019 to May 2022. The disease cognition and quality of life ofthe two groups were compared. Results The cognitive mastery score and quality of life score in the study groupwere significantly better than those in the reference group, P<0.05 indicating that there was a comparativesignificance. Conclusion The implementation of individualized health management program in the continuing careof patients with metabolic fatty liver disease has improved the treatment and nursing compliance of patients, aswell as the quality of life, and has a significant role in promoting the rehabilitation of patients.
