优质护理服务在老年性脑梗塞护理中的应用效果研究

摘要	观察在对老年性脑梗塞患者护理期间开展优质护理服务的作用。方法于 2021 年 4 月至2022 年 5 月收治患者中抽选 86 例为样本，双盲法均分为对照组（43 例，常规干预）和观察组（43 例，常规干预+优质护理服务）。对比两组治疗期间护理满意度、生活质量以及住院时间。结果对比两组生活质量，干预前无差异，（P>0.05）无统计学意义，干预后观察组优于对照组，（P<0.05）具备统计学意义。对比两组护理满意度，观察组高于对照组，（P<0.05）具备统计学意义。对比两组住院时间，观察组短于对照组，（P<0.05）具备统计学意义。结论在对老年性脑梗塞患者护理中将优质护理服务进行运用，能够提升患者在恢复期间生活质量，增加患者护理满意度，缩短患者住院时间，加快患者恢复速度。
Abstract	Objective To observe the effect of high-quality nursing service during the nursing period forelderly patients with cerebral infarction. Methods From April 2021 to May 2022, 86 patients were selected assamples, and were divided into control group (43 cases, routine intervention) and observation group (43 cases,routine intervention+high-quality nursing service) by double blind method. Nursing satisfaction, quality of life andlength of stay were compared between the two groups during treatment. Results There was no difference in thequality of life between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05). After intervention, the observation group wasbetter than the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of thecontrol group (P<0.05). The length of hospitalization in the observation group was shorter than that in the controlgroup (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing services in the nursing of elderly patients withcerebral infarction can improve the quality of life of patients during recovery, increase the satisfaction of patientswith nursing, shorten the hospitalization time of patients, and accelerate the recovery speed of patients.
