Objective To analyze the effects of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention on thequality of life of patients with post-stroke depression. Methods A total of 68 patients with poststroke depressionreceived in our hospital from February 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects and groupedaccording to random number table. 34 patients received general nursing intervention and were set as the controlgroup, while 34 patients received comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention and were set as the observationgroup. The difference of nursing effect between the two groups was analyzed. Results The observation group afterhalf a month of nursing, one month of quality of life score was significantly higher than the control group, theobservation group after half a month of nursing, one month HAMD score was significantly lower than the controlgroup, the observation group after nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group, (P<0.05) issignificant difference, there is statistical significance. Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursingintervention can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with post-stroke depression, and can alsoimprove the symptoms of depression, and obtain the satisfaction evaluation of patient care, worthy of clinicalattention and adoption.
