| 摘要 |
探讨基于突发公共事件背景的应急管理和医护教学改革策略。方法 选取湖南省具有代表性的各级高校附院和地市级医院中600名医务人员进行问卷调查,分析600名医务人员应急能力调查问卷评分,单因素、多重线性回归分析600名医务人员应急能力影响因素。结果 600名医务人员的突发事件应急预防能力评分为(3.72±0.70)分,应急准备能力(3.90±0.70)分,应急救援能力(3.86±0.63)分。多重线性回归分析显示,600名医务人员应急能力影响因素包括高级职称、医院有完整的应急预案责任、参加过卫生应急培训、经历过应急救援活动(P<0.05)。结论 基于突发公共事件背景的应急管理和医护教学改革策略需进一步深化。

| Abstract |
Objective: To explore emergency management and medical and nursing teaching reform strategies based on the background of public emergencies. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted among 600 medical staff in representative affiliated hospitals of colleges and universities at all levels and prefecture-level hospitals in Hunan Province. The questionnaire scores of the 600 medical staff were analyzed, and the univariate and multiple linear regression analysis was performed on the 600 medical staff. Factors affecting emergency response capabilities. Results: The emergency prevention ability of 600 medical staff was scored as (3.72±0.70), emergency preparedness (3.90±0.70) and emergency rescue (3.86±0.63). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of emergency response ability of 600 medical staff included senior professional title, the hospital had complete responsibility for emergency response plans, participated in health emergency training, and experienced emergency rescue activities (P<0.05). Conclusion: The emergency management and medical and nursing teaching reform strategies based on the background of public emergencies need to be further deepened.
