小儿推拿联合家庭参与式护理在儿童保健中的应用价值研究

摘要	分析在儿童保健中实施小儿推拿+家庭参与式护理的价值。方法选取 2021 年 1 月至 2021年 11 月接受保健护理的小儿 200 例，随机分为观察组和对照组各 100 例，对照组采取小儿推拿保健，观察组给予小儿推拿+家庭参与式护理，对比效果。结果观察组睡眠质量评分、小儿生长指标、大便评分、护理满意度、饮食习惯评分、依从性均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论小儿推拿与家庭参与式护理联合应用在儿童保健中存在较好效果，可使患儿生长发育、饮食等情况改善，价值较高。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the value of childrens massage+family participation nursing in childrenshealth care. Methods 200 children who received health care from January 2021 to November 2021 were selectedand randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 100 cases in each group. The controlgroup was treated with childrens massage and health care, and the observation group was treated with childrensmassage+family participatory care, and the effects were compared. Results The sleep quality score, child growthindex, stool score, nursing satisfaction, diet habit score and compliance in the observation group were better thanthose in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The combined application of pediatric massage and familyparticipatory nursing in childrens health care has a good effect, which can improve the growth and development ofchildren, diet and other conditions, and has a high value.
