摘要	分析探讨护理干预对预防人工髋关节置换术后关节脱位的应用效果。方法选取我院 2020年-2021 年接收实施人工髋关节置换术患者 80 例为观察对象，随机将其分为观察组与对照组，其中对照组接受常规护理干预，观察组接受综合护理干预，将两组护理后的生活自理能力、Harris 评分、关节脱位与护理效果进行比较。结果观察组患者护理后的生活自理能力、Harris 评分均优于对照组，关节脱位率低于对照组，并且观察组患者的护理效果高于对照组，数据对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论人工髋关节置换术后实施综合护理干预对关节脱位具有显著效果，可以有效提高患者生活自理能力，降低关节脱位发生率，促进患者康复效率，值得在临床中推广应用。
Abstract	Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of nursing intervention on preventing jointdislocation after artificial hip replacement. Methods 80 patients who received artificial hip replacement from 2020to 2021 in our hospital were selected as the observation objects. They were randomly divided into the observationgroup and the control group. The control group received routine nursing intervention and the observation groupreceived comprehensive nursing intervention. The self-care ability, Harris score, joint dislocation and nursing effectof the two groups were compared. Results The self-care ability and Harris score of the patients in the observationgroup after nursing were better than those in the control group, the rate of joint dislocation was lower than that inthe control group, and the nursing effect of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the controlgroup, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursingintervention after artificial hip replacement has a significant effect on joint dislocation, which can effectivelyimprove the ability of patients to take care of themselves, reduce the incidence of joint dislocation, and promote therehabilitation efficiency of patients. It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
