Objective To study and analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in patientswith chronic gastritis with spleen and stomach deficiency and cold. Methods 50 cases of chronic gastritis withspleen and stomach deficiency and cold in our hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were randomly selectedfor study, and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by lottery method, with 25 casesin each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with thesame treatment as the control group. At the same time, traditional Chinese medicine nursing was applied on thebasis of routine nursing. Finally, the psychological state score, quality of life score and total effective rate ofnursing of different nursing methods were compared. Results The mental state score of patients before nursing hadlittle difference (P>0.05), and the mental state of patients after nursing were improved, and the observation groupwas significantly better than the control group (P<0.05); Before nursing, there was no significant difference in thequality of life score of patients (P>0.05), after nursing, the quality of life score of patients in the two groups wassignificantly improved, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05); Thetotal effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TCM nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with spleen and stomachdeficiency and cold type chronic gastritis can effectively regulate the patients bad mood, improve thepsychological state, and improve the quality of life of patients to a large extent, so that the treatment effect is better.
