人性化护理对骨折手术患者术后的影响

摘要	研究人性化护理干预用于骨折手术患者术后护理的作用。方法按照对比护理观察形式开展探究，纳入 2021 年 2 月至 2022 年 5 月收治患者 64 例，数字表均分对照组（32 例，常规术后护理支持）和观察组（32 例，人性化护理干预）。分析两组患者术后恢复期间。结果对比两组术后镇痛药物使用时间、切口愈合时间、住院时间，观察组用时均短于对照组，P<0.05。统计两组术后恢复中 SDS、SAS 心理状态评分，观察组评分均低于对照组，P<0.05。对比两组治疗依从性以及护理满意度，观察组均高于对照组，P<0.05。结论在对骨折手术患者术后护理中开展人性化护理干预，可以加快患者恢复速度，缩短住院时间，改善患者恢复期心理状态，增加治疗依从性以及护理满意度。
Abstract	Objective To study the effect of humanistic nursing intervention on postoperative care of patientsundergoing fracture surgery. Methods According to the form of comparative nursing observation, 64 patients wereincluded from February 2021 to May 2022. The numerical table was equally divided into the control group （32cases, regular postoperative nursing support ） and the observation group （ 32 cases, humanistic nursingintervention ）. The recovery period of the two groups was analyzed. Results The use time of analgesic drugs,wound healing time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group（P<0.05）. The scores of SDS and SAS in the two groups were statistically lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）. By comparing the treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups, the observationgroup was higher than the control group （ P<0.05 ） . Conclusion Humanized nursing intervention in thepostoperative care of patients with fracture surgery can speed up the recovery of patients, shorten the hospital stay,improve the psychological status of patients in the recovery period, and increase treatment compliance and nursingsatisfaction.
