摘要	主动脉夹层是一种致死率极高的急危重症，不同部位的主动脉夹层分为不同的类型，治疗方案也各有差别。随着医疗技术的发展，Stanford B型主动脉夹层治疗方案更新换代，发生了实质性进步。但由于其治疗及住院周期长，术前及术后护理尤为重要。本文通过分析国内外文献，以综述的方式，对Stanford B型主动脉夹层术前、术后及并发症的护理分别进行阐述，希望在Stanford B型主动脉夹层的护理工作中起到帮助和参考作用，同时为患者得到更好的治疗提供保障。
Abstract	Aortic dissection is an acute and critical disease with a very high mortality rate. Aortic dissection in different parts can be divided into different types, and the treatment plans are also different. With the development of medical technology, the treatment scheme of Stanford B aortic dissection has been updated and substantial progress has taken place. However, due to the long period of treatment and hospitalization, preoperative and postoperative care is particularly important. By analyzing the domestic and foreign literature, this article expounds the nursing of Stanford B aortic dissection before, after and after the operation and complications in the way of review, hoping to play a role of help and reference in the nursing of Stanford B aortic dissection, and provide guarantee for patients to get better treatment.
