摘要	以就业为导向，不仅要培养学生学好专业知识和技能，也要重视职业素养和人文素质的培养。本文以“以就业为导向”为切入视角，在人文关怀能力影响因素和人文关怀能力对就业促进作用的基础上，从人文关怀课程体系构建、人文关怀课程教学方法改革和三位一体人文关怀教学实践方案设计等三个方面提出了实习护生人文关怀能力的培养策略。
Abstract	Taking employment as the guidance, we should not only cultivate students to learn professional knowledge and skills, but also attach importance to the cultivation of professional quality and humanistic quality. From the perspective of employment oriented, the influencing factors of humanistic care ability and the role of humanistic care ability in promoting employment was anlysised. Then, the cultivation strategy of humanistic care ability of nursing specialty student was put forward from three aspects: the construction of humanistic care curriculum system, the reform of humanistic care curriculum teaching methods, and the design of trinity humanistic care teaching practice plan.
