摘要
探讨CICARE沟通模式在血液科日间病人中的应用效果。方法 选择2020年1月至2020年12月,在我科室进行日间治疗的血液病患者210例,1-6月份日间患者105例为常规组;7-12月份日间患者105例为研究组。常规组给予常规护理,研究组实施CICARE沟通模式。比较两组护理人员的沟通质量、职业成就感评分以及纠纷发生率。结果 研究组医护患沟通质量评分达到了92.63±5.58分、职业成就感评分90.91±5.87分比常规组80.13±3.16分、83.12±2.67分高,数据比较,存在显著差异,P<0.05。另外,在护理过程,研究组无出现纠纷的情况,常规组有5例出现了纠纷。结论 血液科日间患者实施CICARE沟通模式可提高医护患沟通质量,减少纠纷,提高护理人员职业成就感。
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of CICARE communication mode in day patients of hematology department. Methods From January 2020 to December 2020, 210 patients with hematological diseases who received daytime treatment in our department were selected, and 105 patients who received daytime treatment from January to June were included in the routine group. A total of 105 daytime patients from July to December were included in the study group. The routine group was given routine nursing, and the research group was given CICARE communication mode. The communication quality, career achievement score and incidence of disputes were compared between the two groups. Results The communication quality score of the study group reached 92.63±5.58 points, the career achievement score of the study group was 90.91±5.87 points, compared with the conventional group 80.13±3.16 points, 83.12±2.67 points, there were significant differences, P < 0.05. In addition, during the nursing process, there were no disputes in the study group and 5 disputes in the conventional group. Conclusion CICARE communication mode can improve the quality of communication between doctors and patients, reduce disputes and improve the professional sense of accomplishment of nursing staff.
