手术室护理干预在预防全膝关节置换患者术后切口感染中的作用

摘要	分析在对全膝关节置换术患者护理过程中将手术室护理干预进行运用的作用。方法按照对比护理观察的方式开展探究，纳入 2021 年 2 月至 2022 年 5 月收治患者 86 例，按照双盲法均分为对照组（43 例，常规护理干预）和观察组（43 例，手术室护理干预）。分析护理效果。结果对比两组在术后恢复过程中切口感染发生率，观察组低于对照组，P<0.05。对比两组护理满意度，观察组满意度高于对照组，P<0.05。分析两组在手术恢复过程中生活质量，观察组各方面评分均高于对照组，P<0.05。在切口愈合方面，观察组切口愈合情况明显优于对照组，P<0.05。结论全膝关节置换术在手术治疗期间及时开展手术室护理，能够对术后切口感染进行预防，帮助患者术口更好进行愈合，增加患者对手术室护理工作满意度，并提升患者在恢复过程中生活质量。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the role of operating room nursing intervention in the nursing process ofpatients with total knee replacement. Methods According to the way of comparative nursing observation, 86patients were enrolled from February 2021 to May 2022. They were divided into the control group (43 cases,routine nursing intervention) and the observation group (43 cases, operating room nursing intervention) accordingto the double blind method. Analyze the nursing effect. Results The incidence of incision infection in the twogroups was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the two groups, the satisfaction of theobservation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The quality of life of the two groups in theprocess of surgical recovery was analyzed. The scores of the observation group were higher than those of thecontrol group in all aspects (P<0.05). In terms of wound healing, the wound healing of the observation group wassignificantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Timely nursing in the operating roomduring the operation of total knee replacement can prevent postoperative incision infection, help patients better healthe surgical opening, increase patients satisfaction with the nursing work in the operating room, and improvepatients quality of life in the recovery process.
