中医护理对脑卒中患者肢体康复的促进效果

摘要	探析中医护理对脑卒中患者肢体康复的促进效果。方法选取 2021 年 6 月~2022 年 6 月我院收治的 134 例脑卒中患者，随机分为两组，每组 67 例，对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施中医护理，比较两组的肌力恢复情况、生活自理能力、心理情绪和生活质量。结果治疗前各项观察指标比较无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后，与对照组的上肢肌力评分、下肢肌力评分、Bathel 评分相比，观察组更为显著（P<0.05）；与对照组的 SAS 评分、SDS 评分相比，观察组评分更低（P<0.05）；与对照组的生活质量评分相比，观察组更高（P<0.05）。结论中医护理的有效应用，明显促进了脑卒中患者肌力恢复情况，提高生活自理能力，缓解不良情绪，改善生活质量，值得临床推广。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effect of TCM nursing on limb rehabilitation of stroke patients.Methods 134 cases of stroke patients admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were randomly dividedinto two groups, 67 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation groupreceived TCM nursing. The muscle strength recovery, self-care ability, psychological emotion and quality of life ofthe two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in all the observed indexes beforetreatment (P>0.05); After treatment, compared with the upper limb muscle strength score, lower limb musclestrength score and Bathel score of the control group, the observation group was more significant (P<0.05);Compared with the SAS score and SDS score of the control group, the score of the observation group was lower(P<0.05); Compared with the control group, the score of quality of life in the observation group was higher(P<0.05). Conclusion The effective application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing has obviously promotedthe recovery of muscle strength of stroke patients, improved their self-care ability, alleviated bad emotions, andimproved their quality of life, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
