预见性护理干预对减少老年糖尿病患者低血糖症发生和对护理满意度的影响

摘要	本文观察探究将预见性护理模式应用于老年糖尿病患者中后，其对降低低血糖症的发生率及患者对护理满意度的影响。方法选取 2021 年 11 月-2022 年 11 月在我院进行住院治疗的 198 例老年糖尿病患者，按照护理模式不同划分为常规护理组和预见性护理组两组，对比两组患者经护理后低血糖发生率和护理满意度。结果预见性护理组低血糖发生率 2.02%，护理满意度为 96.97%，都明显优于常规护理组12.12%和 84.85%，P＜0.05 说明存在对比意义。结论在对老年糖尿病患者实施预见性护理措施，能有效降低并发低血糖情况，提高患者的护理满意度，对于帮助糖尿病患者恢复，存在有极为重要的作用，说明此护理措施在临床应用有较高价值。
Abstract	Objective To observe and explore the effect of predictive nursing mode on reducing theincidence of hypoglycemia and patients satisfaction with nursing after it is applied to elderly patients with diabetes.Methods 198 elderly patients with diabetes who were hospitalized in our hospital from November 2021 toNovember 2022 were selected and divided into routine nursing group and predictive nursing group according todifferent nursing modes. The incidence of hypoglycemia and nursing satisfaction were compared between the twogroups. Results The incidence of hypoglycemia in the predictive nursing group was 2.02%, and the satisfaction rateof nursing was 96.97%, which was significantly better than that in the conventional nursing group (12.12% and84.85%, P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of predictive nursing measures for elderly patients with diabetescan effectively reduce the complication of hypoglycemia and improve the patients satisfaction with nursing. It hasa very important role in helping diabetes patients recover, indicating that this nursing measure has a high value inclinical application.
