摘要	研究综合护理对微创脑出血手术患者术后神经功能恢复的影响。方法本次实验对象的采集时间是 2019 年 8 月-2021 年 8 月，我院收治的共计 50 例微创脑出血手术患者，根据随机数字表法，分为观察组和对照组，对对照组实行常规护理，对观察组实行综合护理，对比两组患者的护理满意度、神经功能恢复情况以及生活质量。结果观察组患者的护理满意度、神经功能恢复情况、生活质量均高于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论对微创脑出血手术患者实施综合护理，能够有效改善患者的生活质量，促进患者术后神经功能恢复，提高患者的护理满意度，具有推广价值。
Abstract	Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing on the recovery of neurological functionafter minimally invasive intracerebral hemorrhage surgery. Methods The collection time of the experimentalobjects was from August 2019 to August 2021. A total of 50 patients with minimally invasive cerebral hemorrhagewere treated in our hospital. They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to therandom number table method. The control group was given routine nursing care, and the observation group wasgiven comprehensive nursing care. The nursing satisfaction, neural function recovery and quality of life of the twogroups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction, neurological function recovery and quality of life in theobservation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensivenursing for patients undergoing minimally invasive intracerebral hemorrhage surgery can effectively improve thequality of life of patients, promote the recovery of neurological function of patients after surgery, and improve thesatisfaction of patients with nursing care. It is worth popularizing.
