摘要	分析在对局麻下椎间孔镜治疗的椎间盘突出症患者护理过程中开展手术室护理干预的作用。方法按照对比护理观察的方式开展探究，纳入 2021 年 2 月至 2022 年 5 月进行手术治疗患者 68 例为对象，双盲法均分为对照组（34 例，常规护理）和观察组（34 例，进行手术室护理干预）。分析两组患者护理效果。结果结合对两组手术期间心理状态，在 SDS、SAS 评分上，干预前两组无差异，P>0.05，干预后观察组高于对照组，P<0.05。对比两组术中出血量、手术时间以及住院时间，观察组各指标均低于对照组，P<0.05。统计两组患者手术期间生活质量以及护理满意度，观察组均高于对照组，P<0.05。结论椎间盘突出症患者在进行局麻下椎间孔镜治疗过程中开展手术室护理干预，可以改善患者在手术期间心理状态，提升患者生活质量，有助于患者在术后较短时间内恢复，增加患者护理满意度。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the role of operating room nursing intervention in the nursing process ofpatients with intervertebral disc herniation treated by intervertebral foramen under local anesthesia. MethodsAccording to the way of comparative nursing observation, 68 patients who received surgical treatment fromFebruary 2021 to May 2022 were enrolled. The patients were divided into control group (34 cases, routine nursing)and observation group (34 cases, operating room nursing intervention) by double blind method. The nursing effectof the two groups was analyzed. Results There was no difference in SDS and SAS scores between the two groupsbefore intervention (P>0.05). After intervention, the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05).By comparing the intraoperative bleeding volume, operation time and hospitalization time of the two groups, theindexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). According to the statistics ofthe quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the patients in the two groups during the operation, the observationgroup was higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Carrying out nursing intervention in the operatingroom during the treatment of intervertebral disc herniation patients under local anesthesia with thoracoscopy canimprove the psychological status of patients during the operation, improve the quality of life of patients, helppatients recover in a short time after operation, and increase patient satisfaction with nursing.
