Objective To analyze the intervention effect of humanistic care in outpatient and emergency care.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients in outpatient and emergency departments in recent 2 years (August 2019to September 2021) were reviewed. The 40 patients with humanistic care intervention were taken as the observationgroup, and the 40 patients with conventional nursing intervention were taken as the control group. The effect ofnursing intervention was observed. Results Patients in the observation group were more satisfied with diseasehealth knowledge score and health education than those in the control group (P<0.05); The scores of variousnursing levels (service attitude, nursing technology, health education, psychological nursing, medication guidance)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05); The compliance rate and satisfaction score of patients in the observation group were higher than those inthe control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of humanistic care in outpatient and emergency carecan effectively improve the level of outpatient and emergency care, as well as enhance patients mastery of diseasehealth knowledge and health education, thus improving patients satisfaction and compliance, which is conducive tofurther control of patients conditions and has significant clinical application value.
