人文关怀在恶性肿瘤护理中的应用效果分析

摘要	分析人文关怀用于恶性肿瘤护理的价值。方法对 2011 年 1 月-2022 年 10 月本科接诊的恶性肿瘤病人（n=78）进行随机分组，试验和对照组各 39 人，前者采取人文关怀护理，后者行常规护理。对比 SDS 评分等指标。结果关于 SDS 和 SAS 评分，干预结束时：试验组数据分别是（34.25±4.27）分、（35.91±4.63）分，和对照组数据（47.21±5.36）分、（48.52±5.96）分相比更低（P＜0.05）。关于 VAS 评分，干预结束时：试验组数据（3.98±0.51）分，和对照组数据（4.91±0.68）分相比更低（P＜0.05）。关于满意度：试验组数据 97.44%，和对照组数据 82.05%相比更高（P＜0.05）。结论恶性肿瘤护理用人文关怀，负性情绪缓解更为迅速，疼痛感减轻更加明显，满意度也更高。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the value of humanistic care for malignant tumor nursing. Methods FromJanuary 2011 to October 2022, undergraduate patients with malignant tumors (n=78) were randomly divided into39 patients in the experiment and 39 patients in the control group. The former received humanistic care and thelatter received routine care. Compare SDS score and other indicators.Results At the end of intervention, the scoresof SDS and SAS were (34.25±4.27) points and (35.91±4.63) points in the experimental group, which were lowerthan those in the control group (47.21±5.36) points and (48.52±5.96) points (P < 0.05). The VAS score at the endof intervention was lower in the experimental group (3.98±0.51) than that in the control group (4.91±0.68) (P <0.05). About satisfaction: the data of experimental group was 97.44%, which was higher than that of control group(82.05%, P < 0.05). Conclusion With the humanistic care of malignant tumor nursing, the negative emotion can berelieved more rapidly, the pain can be relieved more obviously, and the satisfaction is higher.
