中医外治对预防乳腺癌术后淋巴水肿的效果

摘要	探析乳腺癌术后通过中医外治对预防淋巴水肿的效果。方法选取 2020 年 12 月至 2021年 10 月行乳腺癌手术患者 100 例，随机分为观察组和对照组各 50 例，对照组采取常规护理，观察组给予中医外治干预，对比效果。结果观察组不同时间点的乳腺癌淋巴水肿症状体验指数评分、上肢周径以及疼痛评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)；术后 4 个月，观察组肩关节活动度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过采取中医外治可有效改善肩关节活动度，减轻疼痛。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effect of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on theprevention of lymphedema after breast cancer surgery. Methods 100 patients with breast cancer who underwentsurgery from December 2020 to October 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group andthe control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care, and theobservation group was given external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine to compare the effects. Results Thescores of lymphedema symptom experience index, upper limb circumference and pain in the observation group atdifferent time points were better than those in the control group (P<0.05); Four months after operation, the shoulderjoint range of motion in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionExternal treatment of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve shoulder joint range of motion andrelieve pain.
