Objective To study the effect of fast track surgical nursing on mental state and intestinal function recovery of patients undergoing urological endoscopic surgery during perioperative period. Methods Research target selection during June 2020 to October 2021 to our hospital for treatment of 100 cases of urological surgical endoscopy surgery patients, according to the principle of random grouping, by using digital method divided the patients into control group (50 cases) and group (50 cases), for different groups of patients with different clinical nursing plan, at the same time to carry out the contrast between groups. Results After selecting fast track surgical nursing as the nursing mode of the study group, the psychological state score, postoperative intestinal function recovery and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were statistically analyzed, and the comparison results between the groups were significantly different (P < 0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion In the process of endoscopic surgery for urological patients, the application of fast track surgery nursing to provide services for patients can effectively regulate the psychological state of patients, promote the recovery of intestinal function of patients, and ensure the satisfaction of patients nursing, so it is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
