摘要	探讨ICU 危重症患者静脉用药的护理安全管理办法及效果。方法选取我院 ICU 收治的226例危重症患者（2020.12-2021.12），应用计算机抽样法分为研究组（n=113，静脉用药采取护理安全管理）和对照组（n=113，常规管理），对比两组管理效果。结果研究组静脉用药不安全事件发生率、一次性静脉穿刺成功率显著优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论通过护理安全管理 ICU 危重症患者可有效减少不良事件风险，临床应用效果可靠。
Abstract	Objective To explore the nursing safety management methods and effects of intravenous medication for critical patients in ICU. Methods 226 critically ill patients (December 2020-december 2021) admitted to the ICU of our hospital were selected and divided into the study group (n = 113, nursing safety management for intravenous drug use) and the control group (n = 113, routine management) by computer sampling to compare the management effects of the two groups. Result The incidence of unsafe events and the success rate of one-time venipuncture in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The risk of adverse events can be effectively reduced by nursing safety management for ICU critically ill patients, and the clinical application effect is reliable.
