摘要	儿科是医院专门诊治儿童疾病的科室。因为幼儿各项发育不成熟，不能有效表达自己身体的不舒服，而且也不能很好的配合医生护士的治疗及护理，提高了护理工作的难度。和其他科室比较，儿科护理工作量比较繁重，对儿科护理人员也有更高的要求，这增加了儿科护理人员的工作压力，长时间后，对儿科护理人员身心造成不良影响，会出现职业倦怠，影响护理质量，直接影响到儿童康复。
Abstract	Pediatric department is a hospital specialized in the diagnosis and treatment of childrens diseases. Because the development of children is not mature, can not effectively express their own physical discomfort, and can not be very good with the treatment and nursing of doctors and nurses, improve the difficulty of nursing work. Compared with other departments, the workload of pediatric nursing is heavy, and the pediatric nursing staff also has higher requirements, which increases the work pressure of pediatric nursing staff. After a long time, it will cause adverse effects on the physical and mental health of pediatric nursing staff, and will cause job burnout, affect the quality of nursing, and directly affect the rehabilitation of children.
